Pursuant to
98.075, F.S., when our office receives credible and reliable information that a voter may be potentially ineligible to vote, we notify that voter by mail. If the notice is returned undeliverable, we publish a notice below. Voters determined to be potentially ineligible to vote must contact our office within 30 days of the notice to learn more about the determination and the process to resolve the issue. Failure to respond within 30 days after the notice is published may result in a determination of ineligibility and removal of the registered voter’s name from the statewide voter registration system.
