The supervisor of elections will mail a sample ballot to each eligible voter who has not requested a vote-by-mail ballot for a specific election or to each household in which there is a registered voter at least seven days before an election. A voter may also fill in the form below to access his or her personalized sample ballot for a current election. Use the form below to:
